GFA-KL Tour 09

The management and coaches of Global FA would like to say a BIG thank you for making the GFA-KL Tour IV (11th to 14th Dec 09) a wonderful and memorable event yet again.

The camaraderie was exceptional, the valuable experiences gained by the players (including some parents) were priceless and above all, it has created a stronger bond between all players regardless of their age group.

The pool session, dinner at Pavillion, bargaining at Petaling Street, gut wrenching penalty shootout, a surprised birthday party, award ceremony, group outing, bunk-in to other players room and many more surprises were in store for all to see.

In the end, the tournament became secondary to the players compared to the experiences encountered. Well, you can see it in their eyes as we checked out on the final day and boarded the bus to Singapore.

Hmmm.. the coaches will have to do something to tweak the mindset in preparation for next year's tour.
